AniMed™ Glucosamine 5000
 
Helps maintain the health and resiliency of joints and connective tissue by incorporating Glucosamine HCL, Yea-Sacc® 1026 and Sel-Plex® into an easy-to-feed top dress supplement. Glucosamine provides the building blocks for the repair of stressed and injured joints damaged by racing, training or any physical events or performances. Glucosamine aids in pain relief and in reducing motion limitation. It is especially effective in post-injury or post-surgery care.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For horses of all classes:  provide 2 Tbsp (approx. 1 ounce) daily for 14 days, then
1 Tbsp daily. The large end of the enclosed scoop measures approx. 1 Tbsp.

Size: 2.5 lbs (up to 80 days) or 5 lbs (up to 160 days)

WARNINGS: For animal use only. Keep out of the reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. This product should not be given to animals intended for human consumption.

I put two seniors on it that have beginnings of arthritis and one with stifle wear. both horses eat it, its a small dose, been using if for 3 months now. Not a big OMG difference but I think it takes time. I will give it 6 months. Good price, easy to use, easy to top dress.

This product has helped my horse so much. My mare has arthritis in her leg, and does not have full flexibility/use because of it. Once I put her on Glucosamine 5000, I saw a great difference of when she was not on it. She is now back into jumping, and showing! I highly recommend this product to other people!

I used this years ago on my first horse after trying several high dollar items that weren't helping. I figured if the bottom line was the need for Glucosamine at a high level to keep him comfortable, why waste money with all the supplements (alfalfa) when you can get what you need with this product. And I was right! Everyone, including my Vet, saw the improvement. I even convinced my vet to switch to this product on his own older horse!!! Johnnie lived to a ripe age of 36 but we now have another couple of older horses needing the same care and I am again using this product with fantastic results. And the price is unbelievable!

I've used this product on my 19 year old Paso Fino gelding after he sustained a tendon sheath injury about 18 months ago, and all I can say is wow! He has continued to be incredibly sound and active. We compete in monthly or bi-monthly gymkhanas, as well as trail ride and work in an arena 3 to 4 times a week. Since being on Glucosamine 5000, combines with the AniMed MSM, he has had zero pain, inflammation, tenderness, lameness or discomfort. Great value, great product! 5 stars all the way around!
