Nutritional blend that includes a supplemental source of natural calming ingredients for anxious, restless or high strung horses

Directions:
Feed daily with feed ration 2 tbsp per 1000 lb body weight.

I have a thoroughbred gelding ex racer that is naturally high strung would dig at feeding time and would threaten rearing when we tried to take him out on a ride. he is a completely different horse no more digging and very calm not so aggitated. Highly recomend this stuff. Great buy to! August 30, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by Vita-Calm I bought this to give to my gelding that can be very hyper. I fed him the maximum daily dose for a week and I also used it on a young horse that I own just to see if it would calm him a little more. There was no change at all in my gelding's temperament and the young horse actually seemed to be more difficult to handle. There were no other changes to their diet or exercise. Both horses are ridden a few times a week and they eat a mixture of oat and alfalfa hay with no grain. This does seem to work pretty well as a skin and coat supplement, but it certainly had no calming affect on either of the horses I tried it on. I'm surprised at the high reviews that this product has received for calming horses. I either got a bad batch of this product or the other high reviews are the result of a placebo effect.
