Is medium the average size for a horse for open front split boots for a jumper?
A shopper on Dec 5, 2014
Best Answer: Hello,

We ordered a small in the Bar-F Tuck Loop Splint Boots. At the time we had a 14.2 hand pony, and they fit him ok. We now own a 16.0 hand horse, and the smalls fit her perfect. She is a 5 year old thoroughbred so her bone structure is still growing but right now they fit her great. My daughter loves these boots.
