Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Okay Very hard to put together. The holes to connect the handle to the basket weren't drilled correctly. I do like the grips on the handle a lot and will buy replacement baskets for this handle. September 27, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than before Have used this product for several years - in the past had problems with breaking but new metal handle helps a LOT. Still needs stronger tines but if used just for scooping manure and shavings and not raking, it really does the job. March 25, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Basket Breaks Bought 2 of these to use for about 20 stalls. The basket is weak in the frame and the handle connection area. The first basket broke with less than a month of use in stalls with shavings. August 14, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Made Well Love It! Mine came in a classy looking black color, and the tines are very durable. The handle is what impressed me the most. It was made with two grips for your hands right where you hold the pitchfork, perfect for handling a fork-load of poop with. Great product, and the price is WAY cheaper than local stores. I was worried that a metal handle would be cheap as compared to the wooden ones, but this far surpasses my expectations. I definitely recommend this. July 21, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best quality for the price! While building my barn, I looked all over for a muck rake that wasn't wobbly on its handle. All of the others were very wobbly and were really expensive. The tines were all plastic and looked like they would snap. This muck rake has plastic tines, but they are not as brittle a plastic. I have used this outside in the paddock with the infamous "poopsicles" and it hasn't snapped a tine yet. Extremely low price in comparison to the ones at the tack shop:) February 19, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor Quality or Defective? Thought this was a good idea to get a bigger basket, but it cracked along the backside the first time I used it. The bigger basket didn't seem more efficient anyways. Will go back to the "regular fork". January 18, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by very good This is a good product. Gets the job done, great basket. It does not take the place of a shovel but it will pick up the soild chips, drops the clean ones. April 12, 2010

I purchased this manure fork for my working students. They had a difficult time with a traditional fork. This fork allows them to clean efficiently without wasting too much bedding.

I bought this a while back and the handle seems to be aluminum. I want to buy more, but the description says the handle is plastic. Can you clarify what the handle is?
Molly E on Dec 10, 2014
Best Answer: The handle is not plastic. It seems to be aluminum but this is the most sturdy and least expensive fork I have found. We just buy replacement heads when needed but even buying the basket with handle is way cheaper than any other I have found.
