this stuff was on sale for like 4 bucks at our feed store and i picked it up. it worked great for a while, until our mosquitos really kicked in. my 3 mares are just COVERED in the nasty little bloodsuckers and the fly spray doesnt do a thing. i believe that it works great on flies and ticks, but not so much on mosquitos. good price, bad response.

I love this spray I own a 16.3 QH Gelding and it really does work like a charm. And IT DOES work in repelling mosquitoes, to those who say it wasn't meant in repelling them, says so on the bottle. I go on trails and go through thick brush and I never have any ticks on him. Its the best and for the price you cant beat it. Although I paid 11.95 at my local saddle store I don't mind giving them business. But from now on I will purchase it online. :) I highly recommend

I did not like Bronco. No wonder it is so cheap. Because It works cheap. I sprayed my Quart. and Arab and after I sprayed them, It looked like I just gave them a bath! They looked like they were wet and they're coat darkened from it. Not a good buy! I would much rather use my presonal favorite fly spray..... Manna Pro

No one of consequence from the middle of nowhere
I have a horse who is a fly-magnet, and this spray is very effective in getting every single little one of the boogers off. Some fly sprays I have tried bother my horse, but he loves this one. It smells good, too!

I have used this for about 3 years, and it works great. i actually am about to run out. I lease at a nearby boarding barn, and when i ran out, the barn manager switched my spray on me. The flies came on at full force. I bought a new bottle of bronco, and within minutes all the flies were gone

The old Bronco formula was "okay" but really didn't perform as well as I liked. I ran out and went to the local Tractor Supply in a pinch to get new spray, and saw they had the new formula. I got a couple of bottles since it was on sale, and I am VERY impressed by it now. We have a nasty horse fly problem at my barn, and this took us from having 10+ land to having just 1 land. As for your regular biting flies/house flies, well...I have yet to see any!

I have used this product for 14 years, it might not be the most effective of the repellants but it works well enough for the price and the horses love it, tried other products and the horses were telling me do not spray that stuff on me, give me my Bronco, I spray every night and morning with no complaints from my guys. Best if you can do a quick brush in which I never seem to do. I do not use on my dogs so no approval rating.

I boarded at a barn that had a really bad tick problem on the trails. When I sprayed his legs and tail (ticks will climb up the tail hairs) with Bronco, he didn't pick up any ticks. If I forgot, he'd always have at least 1 or 2 on his legs when we got back.
If I spray his rump and the top of his tail, it does a decent job keeping the horseflies off.

My horse has very sensitive skin, so I've done my research on all of the different types of fly spray out there. This stuff is great, I've used it for close to five years now and I've never has a problem with it. For those of you who have used the "natural" fly spray for sensitive skinned horses (only to discover that it gives them diarrhea) this is a better alternative. I like the fact that it is water-based. It last for about 12-24 hours depending on weather and your horses activity level. As far as cost goes, I like that it is on the "cheaper" end of the price range. I can buy one gallon and have it last all summer.
ps- it wasn't made for misquotes.

I used this product this summer and I think it worked as well as any other I have tried and the advantage is it isn't oily so horse stays cleaner with it, as well as other advantages. The odor of it is different than most others too as it is not cintronella smelling and I found that to be a nice change.

Be aware this product has recently changed formulation and is no longer labeled for dogs. I have not seen a difference in the effectiveness when used on horses. The active ingredients are now Prallethrin 0.033% Permethrin 0.100% and Piperonyl Butoxide 0.500%

The price is always a grab on bronco. that is for a reason. i have a morgan and i used bronco on him this summer when the bugs were out. it really never served a purpose. i used this for a show since the bugs were so bad and i actually got points taken off because the judge thought i didnt use anything to prevent the bugs! definitely look for a different brand.

This product is ok if you have a LIGHT fly problem but if you have lots of flies and mosquitos, you're better off with a stronger, and I hate to say it, more expensive fly spray. I had a couple nights the mosquitos were really bad and had to use almost a whole bottle on one horse one night just so he could get some relief from the biting. I mainly use it just before and after fly season but definitely need something stronger during the season.

I use Bronco on my pony, Sonya, and it works great. It also has a pretty good price! If it werent for this fly spray, Sonya would probably have fly bites all over her.

I have an Arab gelding with bad insect bite allergies. His belly, neck, chest, etc. get itchy and raw if not treated and the flies just eat him up. Ive tried spotons, and just about everything out there, but Bronco, used every morning, is the first product Ive found that keeps the flies from chewing him up. For the first time in a long time, he doesnt have any rashes or bald spots from rubbing and chewing at his bites and he doesnt need the steroid cream the vet prescribed for the rashes. AND it doesnt hurt that its probably the most economically priced RTU fly spray out there!

This stuff is awsome, my horse was kicking at the fly for a whole day at a show and the moment I put this stuff on him all the flys immediatly went away. It works wonders and I recommend it to anyone at a show or even during a lesson!!!!!!!

Bronco flyspray actually works really well for the very low price! It works just as well as the expensive flyspray. This flyspray may be cheap, but it works very well!
