Awesome Bit, but rust' easily, 1/3/2012

Genni from Somewhere

I really like this bit as it work great for shows and training, the engraving on it is very pretty and nice, and my horse LOVES it! But I am having to order a new one because after about 2 years its rusted at the hinges and they no longer move.

An alright bit, 2/28/2011

Giorgia from Boca Raton, FL

When I first recieved the bit, I was pretty excited at how pretty it was. But, it didn't take long to rust AT ALL. The sad thing is that I took pretty good care of it by keeping it dry and cleaning it after use. The bit was a little too advanced for him, which is my fault, not the bits. It also pinches the corners of the mouth. I wouldn't consider this a show bit, but a pretty (and hard to maintain) barn bit for advanced horses.
