Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value for price I am very happy with these stirrup leathers. They are not too stiff, not too "broken in". The buckles are sturdy and fasten easily. I think they compare to stirrup leathers that are much more expensive. I would order these again. June 6, 2010

I have a brown Bates saddle; would these leathers match my saddle color well?
haley c on Nov 30, 2014
Best Answer: They matched my Collegiate Diploma perfectly. I believe they would match a brown Bates as well. The Bates and Collegiate convertible saddles are almost identical. I liked them a lot, but after two years of constant use they have stretched. I swap sides whenever I clean my saddle to keep them as even as possible.
