  • Washing Instructions - Machine wash with cold water – Gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air Dry or Machine Dry/No Heat
  • Horses Turned Outside without Shelter - Turnout Sheet and Blanket materials are waterproof and designed to keep your horse dry, however if your horse is turned out in a field without a run in shed or shelter during prolonged rain or heavy downpours your horse may still get wet especially in the neck and tail areas.
  • When using a sheet or blanket on your horse it is critical to monitor the fluctuating climate and temperatures even with a blanket that is waterproof and breathable. The wicking properties of a breathable blanket are designed to wick away normal body heat, when a blanket is too heavy the heat and moisture cannot be wicked away fast enough causing your horse to sweat. The temperature and the length of your horse’s coat will determine what weight of blanket you should use. For this reason, most people who choose to blanket horses have several articles of horse clothing that offer varying levels of warmth.

Why did you choose this? Store
This is a very cute sheet that held up very well over the winter. I used it as an outer layer and other blankets stayed dry. It is waterproof

Great sheet to keep your horse dry, my horse it out 24/7 in a field with no shelter so he needed somthing to keep him dry on nights when after it rained the temperature dropped into the 30s and below. he did manage to tear the neck cover as well as remove the clip on one of the leg straps but overall the blanket is nice especially for the money and purpose intended.

Why don't you have larger sizes?.
      A shopper on Dec 21, 2014
Best Answer: I am a customer for these sheets and am very happy with the two 80" sheets that I use on full size horses. Don't know why they are not offering the sheet in the large size. My guess is that they are selling off the stock they have on hand. The high neck sheets and blankets are so much better than the low neck ones. I wish more people would use them so the supply situation would improve with the demand. Call them up and let them know you want the product in the larger size. Maybe they will get the message and re-order the larger sizes.

horse usually wears a 70. Is a Welsh Cob 13.2 hh 800 lbs. Go with 69 or 72?
      A shopper on Apr 24, 2015
Best Answer: I bought a 74 and 76 for my horses, a Tennessee walker and an Arab cross, and both blankets fit a little loose. I absolutely love the blankets though. I don't know how wide your horse is, but I almost think a 72 would fit my 925 lb 15 2 hand Arab cross.
