The rise on these is just a little too low in the back. I tested bending over in front of a mirror and between the rise and stretch, I was on the verge of showing some crack--not a good look. As other reviewers have said, you will need a belt for sure. The fit otherwise was good; they fit like a glove, didn't bunch anywhere, and are very thin. Good material for hot days and about what you'd expect for the price.

I got these breeches today in the mail and i noticed they run a bit small. I'm not gonna return them because ill stretch them out more.. The material bothers me a bit but i think it will go away in time. Other wise, they are great breeches to wear for schooling! Oh and be prepared for a belt! I thought i wasnt gonna need one, but i do!

I love these riding pants. They are comfortable but be prepared to need a belt. I also think they run a bit small. Awesome buy :). Oh, and they look awesome on :)

I have had 2 pairs of these for 3 years now and they're still awesome. I am just starting to get a hole in the knee of one and the waist in the other pair is a little stretched. I plan on getting another pair soon as I have grown and can barely fit into my current ones anymore.

I love these! I do think they run a bit small though. Great quality, good material and they fit nice.

These breeches are quite comfy, but because they are "hipster" style, the measurements are off a bit. I ordered in my size range, but because they fit lower on the stomach, they slide down quite frequently. I could imagine this would be an issue only for those of us who aren't a size 3 and actually have curves.
So far they have withstood riding and the patches work great, but I hate having to pull them up constantly because they slid down. Kind of a pain.

I don't love these breeches. They're not very stretchy, and they're too big in all the wrong places. Too wide around my ankles, so they creep up, but too small around my hips and rear end, so the top slides down. I'm forever pulling them up. Definitely would have returned if I hadn't worn them to the barn to test them out. Get the Hipster Tights instead, love those way over these!

these breeches are great they are actually hipsters!!!!!! unlike most who just claim so. I was so happy since i have extra long legs and a small torso, regular breeches make me look very odd. They are ribbed, but are very comfortable and stretchy. And they are not so low that u have to worry about showing your bum when picking out hooves lol. The sixing is off tho so order a size larger than you normally wear (im a 28 waist to it recommends a medium BUT i fit a large in these breeches) Other than that they are a great pair of breeches for both schooling, training and shows!

I ordered the XL because I am 5'9'' athletic build (and by that mean collegiate rower althetic). The size charts here say that size XL equates to a 36-38in waist (much bigger than I usually wear: 32) I could not even get these tights on- they are impossibly small- i returned them. These are not a good choice if you have any amount of thigh or butt at all regardless if you usually need pants with a shorter rise.

These are great breeches... devonaire breeches are the only pants ive ever worn that are comfortable all the time... They are cool on those hot summer days and never rub your legs ...they are soft and not stiff at all like those other brands. I love them! Own most of the types and they are great!

They are tights even though they claim to be breeches, and I found them to be a bit small so I would suggest getting a size larger. They do hurt my ankles. They are very tight and leave marks when taken off. They are really breathable and they look nice. I have to wear a belt every time I wear them or they slide right off my butt. If I would have ordered a size larger I probably would probably been happier. They are really slippery too, which is good in saddle, but bad bareback.
