Good product for the price, 4/4/2013

baj4791 from Weston, WI

Pros- cheap price, broken in super quick (have only rode in them twice with no prior use or pinching- still working on ankle flexibility), cleans up super easy, looks great even for synthetic leather, zipper pull is big for better grip, and super fast shipping (got them within three days of order!) Cons-I am short, 5'2", so this may not be a con for most, but it is a bit too tall around the knee. I am hoping that it will relax down a bit more as I wear them. There is, however, no rubbing or pinching issues. The foot bed is a touch wide for me as well. I have a wide calf, so I went with the calf sizing instead of my foot size which was a half size smaller. The calf fits great. Overall- This is a great boot for the price. Super surprised that I could ride in them the day I got them. It is not a custom fit boot so make sure that you measure to where you want it to fit best. I am very happy with my purchase!

Good Boots, 11/24/2012

Thunder from Michigan

I bought these boots last for my first local horse show. I used the sizing chart but when I got the boots they were too small in the calf and had to send them back for one size up in the calf. I wore them two days before the show during practice and that was enough to make them comfortable. I only wear them every so often since I show in them. They look really nice and clean up REALLY easily. I LOVE THAT! I hate having to take the time and clean my boots cause I'm so busy, but all I need to do with these boots is take a damp cloth and wipe them down and they looked brand new! Walking around in them is more uncomfortable if they aren't broke in, but it doesn't take long. Great first boots. I recommend them as first, inexpensive show boots.

Very disappointed, 11/19/2012

Lauren from Huntingdon Valley, PA

I just got my boots and I have to say I am disappointed. I am 5'4" and the boots were too tall where it hurt to bend my legs. If I was taller, it'll be a different story, but I am not - this is just my experience with the boots. The stiff leather dug into my skin when I move. The leather was extremely cheap quality (I've seen better leather for a fraction of these boots cost). The foot area was too loose, yet the boot opening was too tight. I should not have bought them. Sure the shipping was free, but the return is not free. Disappointed with the boots and disappointed with having to pay to ship it back.

Good boots for amature, 10/9/2012

Rachel from Johnson City, TN

These were the first tall boots I ever bought. They are great for the price, fit my calf and ankel like a glove. However, if you are an avid rider like me and ride more than four times a week, maybe even twice a day, these will not hold up! As I said, these were my first tall boots, I bought them in April of 2012 about four months after this, the inside surface of the boots began to literally disinegrate! I had to buy more expensive Ariats, which I would reccomend. So if you are maybe a once or twice a week rider than these would probably hold up for a longer amount of time. But if you're like me and ride quite often(over 4 times a week) these will NOT hold up. Upgrade to a more expensive pair! It's worth it!
