I had such a hard time finding an affordable pad that would fit my Aussie saddle but I bought this and am so happy I did! No slipping, not to thin, and not to thick. And the perfect size! all around I am very pleased with this product. Thanks!

I have used this pad on several different horses and mules. I have had no problems with it slipping. It works well in warm weather and did not cause excessive sweating no matter what animal I was riding.
The only flaws I saw was were the saddle rubbed the blanket, some of the fabric would come loose as a fuzz. The blanket washes well, but the first wash the dye bleeds badly; so wash by itself.

I got this to go beneath my Wintec Pro Stock and it's a nice pad. Great shape; not too thick; not too thin. Was out on it today and did alot of galloping and trotting and it stayed in place.

For a close contact saddle like MOST Aussies, this pad is too thin. You need to have a good layer of felt, not thin material and a bit of foam. Spend the dough and get a triple layer felt pad. Your horse will thank you when he doesn't get wither rubs and back boo boos!

For the price it's not bad at all. I wish it had a centering tag on the withers, and I replaced the tie srtaps with scrap leather when I pulled it out of the box. Fits my Aussie Outback Stock Saddle (w/horn) perfectly.
Rode it for 9hrs today in 90 degree weather, in steep moutain country, and my picky Appy loved it. It breathes extremely well, and didn't slip a bit.
I will be definately buying another one for my daughter, and the saddle to go with it, since all the tack shops here are Western Only.
