Why did you choose this?
Statelinetack.com Store
Chose this because I recently rescued a very near to wild little horse out of a kill pen, don't want to traumatize him yet with traditional paste worming and lose progress in the taming process. Figured this would do the trick.

My horses love this wormer. And it is much easier to use than the paste type wormers. Great for rotation.

what is the usual daily dose.....want to order the smallest amt. ..How long will it last?
doris z on Jan 1, 2015
Best Answer: This is a one-time dewormer designed to replace that day's grain ration. If you would like a daily feed-through dewormer, please go to the red "Wormers" tab near the top of our web page and click on "Daily Feed Through" to see all of that type of dewormer.

How often do you give the pellet wormer, and does it cover all the worms that the paste wormers cover?
MaryBeth C on Jun 2, 2016
Best Answer: Because I live in the Southwest and it's dry I usually worm the horses in the spring and fall. I use the pellet wormer because these are horses that are not trained and impossible to paste worm. I'm not sure if the pellet wormer covers all the different worms the paste does. The best thing to do is call the manufacturer. I did because I had a question

is this for swine also?
A shopper on Oct 18, 2015
Best Answer: I'm sorry, I have no idea. Best think would be to call a vet specializing in large animals, such as horses, cows, etc.
