my western saddle is a 16 ,what do i need for seat size in this saddle
?
A shopper on Jul 22, 2015
Best Answer: Hey there! The general "rule of thumb" with measuring is going 2 inches up/sizes up from your western saddle. So if you're riding in a 16 western, I'd go with either a 17 or 18 in the English saddle. If you have a tack store nearby, I would go and sit in the different sized seats first before ordering though. Hope this is helpful!

Does this fit an Arabian?
Stephanie B on May 10, 2015
Best Answer: Unfortunately, I sent this saddle back so I'm unsure about the fit for your horse. I was really excited to get it, but when it arrived, I found it to be super bulky and it sat super high (no chance of having any contact with my horse). I returned it and went with the Wintec 250 instead. It's a little more expensive, but definitely worth the money spent. I love my Wintec - I've been riding in it for a week now amd I am so glad I made the switch.
