Rated 5 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product Six months of two scoops daily for both our horses who go from wet to dry constantly during the Fall and Winter in Upstate NY and using the *free* hoof conditioner and both of our horses have remarkable improvement. Chips and cracks have been minimal. Farrier is very impressed with the results. Would defintely recommend and just made another order to switch our horses to the "maintenance" level of supplement (one scoop daily). April 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! My mare was very "tender footed" and this supplement made all the difference in the world. Her hooves became much, much stronger and she didn't hesitate to walk over rocks and rough terrain. This has become a staple to her daily feeding. I would highly recommend this product. Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Product! Amazing product & great price! Shoes stay on for weeks and the farrier has noticed a difference in the hoofs! Recommend this product to anyone with hoof issues. It works the best & is the quickest! October 10, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product saved my horse I have an APHA show gelding that naturally has feet that spread, chip and break. Our ferrier couldn't keep shoes on him because, as he said " it's like putting nails in rotten wood". I tried about 3 other hoof supplements that did nothing for his feet and was actually considering selling him because this was such an issue for showing him. Then I tried Horseshoers Secret and things started to turn around. Our ferrier could see the hoof improving from the top down and in a few months his feet were drastically improved. He grew some heel, quit spreading so much and now has healthy foot wall for nailing on shoes. I feed him the concentrate because he started to get picky about eating the regular portion and was leaving it n the bin. I guess he doesn't think it tastes the best but he always eats the concentrate up. June 9, 2011

This product is helping my gelding's feet, working from the inside out. He had horrible cracks in his front hooves that even with regular trimming could not improve. Since using this product, his hooves are beginning to improve!

does this help with white line disease?
Judy D on Sep 15, 2014
Best Answer: I had a horse with advanced white line disease and her hoof was resected. I continued giving this product and remission. Remission is excellent for fast growth of the hoof, but it is mainly for horses with laminitis and problems like that. If you mean to cure white line disease, no, it has nothing to do with that.

is seedy toe the same as white line disease?
leanne on Aug 7, 2015
Best Answer: Seedy toe and white line are similar and look similar in progress. I used Koppertox daily on the site and excavated the white, chalky residue as deeply as possible with a hoof knife before application. I also used a warm soak of Epsom salt and cider vinegar every other day for 15-20 mins. before the Koppertox application. Watch for the hoof becoming too soft and the toe cracking. Have your farrier frequently follow up with your horse and help you with any further problems.
