Product Summary:

Farnam® Leather New® Easy-Polishing Glycerine Saddle Soap

The original self-polishing saddle soap - use it after every ride. Makes leather look like new with a single application. Cleans, conditions, and polishes in one easy step. Cleans, softens, and renews leather — then dries to a long-lasting shine. Leather New protects the texture and color of leather, making it supple with a polished finish. Just spray it on and rub it in. Will not dull or stain. No oily residue — will not rub off on riding pants. Removes embedded dirt and grime while replacing natural oils deep down in leather.

Is it high in chemicals, would it be safe to use on a Tekna Synthetic Saddle?
Kylie L on Feb 12, 2016
Best Answer: No, please don't!
Tekna recommends that no detergents or solvents should ever be used. Do not dry in direct sunlight or use heat.
Wipe your Tekna® tack with a clean, damp cloth and let dry.
For sueded seats and knee pads, if the nap of the material rubs smooth, you may gently use a stiff brush to raise the nap.
