Flimsy and breaks easily, 1/26/2012

Rancher from CA

I now avoid fi-shock insulators. Several break out of each package, sometimes when installing. This has happened on both long and shorter Fi-shock insulators. I have never had this happen with the Zareba/Red snapper insulators, and I have put up miles of them. Another reviewer liked that they installed easily, but this seems to be because they are thin and a little loose. Not worth saving a few cents and spending hours looking for shorts when they break or bend over with the slightest side strain. Most of our electric fences are used to keep livestock off woven wire fences.

Easy To Work With, 3/19/2011

Coco'sMom from Elm Grove, LA

Thess seem to be more rubber based than other insulators. More flexible and easier to get on the t-post that other insulators I worked with.
