Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't fit Peacock Stirrups If you're buying these for the Peacock Safety Stirrups, don't bother. The bottoms are too wide to fit. No way to trim to fit. The ones sent also don't look like the ones pictured (there is tread even in the middle), if that matters to you. That didn't to me -- just wanted some to fit in the Peacock Safety Stirrups. They may work ok in other stirrup irons. BTW, the ones sent were in Taiwan and had a UPC code of 7 54888 01681 2. January 2, 2013

Do I measure the bottom of the stirrup or just the length of the hole for the pad?

Best Answer: Inside the irons between the posts. Where the pad has the curve to go around the post. .. from that narrow point to the other side. Hope that helps!
