Not only is this a high quality hoof supplement! My gelding who has a history of ulcers, looks and feels better than ever! The Bio-Golden has replaced the expensive ulcer formula I used to have to buy! Both horses love it!

This has been the best hoof supplement we have tried. I recommended For-A-flex to my own mother and father for their horses. I never had an issue with them eating it. I have been feeding this supplement for about 6 months now. Just recently my farrier mentioned how much their hooves have improved. The walls are thicker and the cracking is gone. The farrier asked what we had changed and I said it was the For-A-Flex.
Keep in mind, as with any supplement, results are not instant. What a difference a few months of consistent supplementing makes though.

I tried everything I could think of to get my horse to eat this product with his feed. I even mixed it with confectioners sugar! It's a shame, because I'm certain it's a high quality product. I like the banana idea but he doesn't like them. Too late now since I tossed it out after 4 mo.

My 15 year old quarter horse mare always had problem feet. They were always brittle and cracked with some separation of the lamina and the hoof wall. After using this product, her feet are in great shape and the farrier can't believe she is the same horse!

Always read and compare ingredients with price......I have founder experience and have used many products......I can actually see improved strength of hoof and growth in the horses I care for with this product....I also like not having to pay for heavy packaging....

I have a 22 year old foxtrotter mare who foundered - started using For-a-Flex biotin formula and her feet are in fabulous shape. It would be REALLY great if it was in a pellet though - the powder is smelly and hard to feed. Fortunately, my mare loves bananas, so I mix it in a mushed one.

This biotin formulation is very good. I've tried others, but because this has a higher content of biotin and amino acids, it does a better job. My mare used to get abcesses, but because this promotes faster hoof growth- she no longer has problem feet. Also her coat looks great and she looks like she's in show shape always!

After battling a bad cas of thrush in my two quarter horses, I started feeding for-a-flex. Knew nothing about the product. but my farrier said he didn't know what I was doing but to keep it up. I will stay with this product. Hooves hardened up and coats are beautiful.

I have had two horses on this product. One horse for about a year and have since taken him off of the product as he no longer as the foot problems. The other horse has been on it for about 6 months and I noticed a great difference. His feet were always cracking and splitting. He has been barefoot since last summer and his feet hold up nicely

I first started using For-A-Flex in 2003 when my sons mare after foaling foundered on both front hooves, with a 9% rotation of the left hoof. Her hooves literally opened at the toe and you could see inside, it was horrible, the shoer and vet both did not give a good prognosis, but I was determined that this horse was not going to be put down. The vet trimmed away 50% of her hooves and we moved her into the barn on six inches of sand and started her on a biotin supplement, then I started researching and found For-A-Flex with a much higher biotin dose than what we had been giving through the vet, we gave her one scoop twice a day on her feed. While we did see new growth with the other, using For-A-Flex was amazing, it took a solid 8 months but she grew brand new hooves and got a clean bill of health from the vet, who said she was a "Miracle horse". I highly recommend this to anyone with a horse with hoof problems.

i have a 6 yr. old thoroughbred mare and her hoofs would always chip and her hoofs grew unevenly, her hair was wirey like the back off the brushes on cheap hoof pics. It was horrible! but just after a month, i had a brand new horse ready for the shows!

One of my horses had poor muscle tone, brittle feet, and a wiry, hard hair quality. After about a month of using the For-A-Flex Biotin in combination with a senior feed supplement to his daily ration of alfalfa, he showed a considerable amount of improvement. His coat was slicker and more vibrant, muscles were toning up, and after two months my farrier noticed a healthier hoof was growing. I think overall he felt much better because he wasn't as droopy-eyed and dumpy looking as he was before. It worked so well for this horse, I would definitely recomend it!

I have a rescued Paint here that had foundered on both front feet. The right front being the worse of the two with a 11 degree rotation. Because of the restricted blood flow his toe area hardly grew. I tied numerous biotin supplements in hopes of improving blood flow and getting his toe to grow. None worked or even showed improvment to his hooves until I tried For-A-Flex Biotin Formula. Both his hooves are growing nicely now, and they are rock hard, his coat is smooth and soft. His tail which was short and stringy is now long and full. My farrier is thrilled with the results on Chance from this product and has his other clients Emailng me to get the name of this product for their horses. If your horse is fussy about eating this supplement, try a tiny amount(tablespoon)of vetetable oil over their feed and then put the supplement on top and mix.

I have four horses, and I wouldn't get them to eat this supplement when mixed with their feed. It has a very pungent smell, and my horses didn't like it.
