Doesn't last long, 5/12/2012

I bought these reins 1 and 1/2 years ago and now the rubber coating has turned to a spongy, gluey, sticky mess. Looked cute and functional on my students' horses but I have learned my lesson, stick with leather plated reins.

Great for lessons!, 3/28/2012

I help my mom give lessons at the barn we own and these reins are great for the smaller kids and the beginners, not to mention the pastel colored reins are very pretty. The different colors make it easier to teach a rider the correct length to hold reins plus it's easier for the rider to know when there holding the reins to tight or to loose.
