Just curious to see how well this saddle would fit a thoroughbred with high withers?
Dayle M on Oct 29, 2013
Best Answer: I have a high-withered Thoroughbred gelding myself, but I ride Western. I've noticed most all of the people with Thoroughbreds ride with English tack, and I can only assume that it means the English saddles fit high withers quite well. Another saddle that I have been considering is an Australian... I've been told that they fit very nicely, and are very comfortable.... As for me, I ride my guy bareback most of the time, until I can afford my Aussie......Good luck finding the right gear.....
