Good price.... good to have an extra set of reins in the barn, "just in case".

for buckle and smoothest

I chose these based on the two color look and 5/8" width. I really don't expect too much for the price, but they will do for now!

I have old, worn down, tearing apart reins that are 55 inches for one rein, 110 all together. So are these reins 54 inches for each rein or all together? If it is just for one side then is the price for a whole set or just one part? Thank you

Best Answer: Never mind :-) I just re-read it and found the answer for myself. Thanks anyway.

Are the laces leather as well?
Willis on Jan 18, 2015
Best Answer: Yes, they are leather and very well made -
good quality hardware, good leather and very nice workmanship. We were pleasantly surprised at the price/value. (Caveat: we are not using them for actual riding, but rather at home against a resistance to practice proper posture, grip, and building strength. But, I can't foresee anything that would detract from "real" use).

Are these reins soft and supple?
Sue G on Oct 20, 2014
Best Answer: These reins are crafted from high-quality leather. They may be taut until fully broken in.
