I have used this product for 40 years and love it! Their coats shine, they don't get hot and their hooves are great. One pump morning and night over their feed is all it takes.

Red Cell is one of the few liquid products that is not high in sugar. That is important to me since I have a mare with Cushings.

How is Red Cell beneficial to horses and ponies?
Jeanne L on Jan 27, 2016
Best Answer: It helps the horse to have more iron, which in turn gives it more energy. I have used it forever with all my performance horses plus the old guys, and I can tell you it makes a difference. I give a little less than the recommended amount and it's still enough to work.

My horse has been eating dirt. is it low iron?
A shopper on Sep 17, 2015
Best Answer: Your horse may be looking for a source of salt, or sugar in grass roots, they may be anxious, or perhaps deficient in something but I would not assume it is Iron. I don't know how much dirt they are eating but you could be risking sand colic if it is a lot. I would seek advice from a vet or look at getting a blood panel done to know for sure.
