Can you use this in a washing machine, or just washing by hand?
A shopper on Dec 15, 2015
Best Answer: I use it in a washing machine. I brush the blanket as much as possible, then do a wash with the Rambo wash. If the blanket is real dirty I hose it off and may wash twice. I have an old washer just for this. Sneak into a Laundromat and use the larger washer.

MY BLANKETS ARE WEATHERBEATER WATERPROOF . DOES THIS PRODUCT REMOVE THE WATERPROOFING? I HAVE 14 BLANKETS TO WASH . HOW MANY BOTTLES WILL I NEED?
Diane F on Mar 14, 2014
Best Answer: I washed a few blankets w it and have not noticed a problem w the horses being wet underneath. However, I hung the blankets up on a fence, hosed them down, used the Rambo wash in a water bucket to scrub the blankets. This seemed to work better than soaking them in a water trough, as I was barely able to lift them out when I tried to do it that way. Regardless, I found it challenging to really get them clean. It was helpful to freshen them up and get the embedded dirt out. I would plan on 1/2 bottle/blanket.
