Kensington All Around 250g Turnout Blanket

The All Around light weight turnout is offered in a European cut. This cut provides a seamless back, a longer drop on the side and additional coverage at the withers. This turnout is 600 Denier RipStop, as well as waterproof and breathable, with a 250 grams fill which makes for a great combination for a true turnout!

·         Rolled Nylon at the withers

·         Criss Cross belly straps with Snaps and D’s

·         Removable leg straps, tail cover, buckles and keepers

·         High shoulder gusset for maximum freedom of movement

Best Answer: Yes it does. I don't have the hood but there are rings to attach one.
