Does hay get stuck easily in the mesh? I have a "supermesh" mask from Kensington and hay gets stuck and stays stuck in that one.
SUE MOY B on Nov 20, 2015
Best Answer: I don't seem to have an issue with hay getting stuck. However, my horse is in a pasture most of the time and the feeder is a large tub. I'm not sure if it would be different if she was in a barn stall as the feeder is different.

The fleece on my horse's fly mask gets covered in burrs that irritate him. Is there a trim that burrs will not stick to?
Margot` R on Aug 30, 2015
Best Answer: I prefer the fly masks that have webbing around the edges. The burrs/stickers aren't attracted to the webbing, & the masks stays on better with the 1 opening for both ears. My horses frequently lose the masks with covered ears & ones with separate ear openings. My horses turnout is amongst brush, scrub oaks, etc.
