Is the stirrup leather over the fender attached to the fender or is it free swinging ? Can the stirrups be adjusted enough for a rider who is 5'4" ?

Best Answer: The stirrup leather is attached at top of fender and at bottom. I am 5'5" and the stirrups are definetly made for a taller rider. With the stirrups adjusted for my height, there are only 3 holes left on the leather and the bottom of the fender is barely clearing room for the keepers. I like the saddle, if is comfortable to ride in, and looks really nice. Only downside is it isn't made for us petite ladies. Hope this helps.
