For the traditional Hunter look, the Full Cheek Snaffle is available in a variety of mouth pieces. Each mouthpiece determines the function of the bit. The full cheeks prevent the cheeks from pulling through the Horse’s mouth. And, when fitted with bit loops that attach to the bridle, the bit becomes more stable for increased lateral control.

I love this bit!, 2/6/2012

At first I thought the wrong bit was sent as the twist is not very visible.However I showed my trainer and we decided to try it! The first day out I had a great ride and whenever I use this bit he performs well. He stays on the bit with little or no head shaking and seems to love the wet mouth.I am actually ordering a second to have on hand.

This picture shows a copper mouth with a french link. It's not that at all. It's a twisted mouth with a link with the THIN SIDE TO THE TONGUE. IT DOES NOT REST FLAT.
