Apply Lexol pH to a wet cloth or Lexol Applicator Sponge. Rub briskly onto leather to work up a lather. Use a damp cloth to wipe away foam and dirt. Towel dry. For delicate leather, test first on a hidden area. For a complete treatment, follow cleaning with Lexol Leather Conditioner. Not recommended for suede or glove soft leather.

will this darken light oil saddles?

Best Answer: I used this not only on my black saddle for years, but also on my cream-coloured leather couch, and it just cleaned the dirt off it, never left a stain. It is sort of milky white in colour and does a great job of getting rid of the dirt and conditioning the leather. I used the Lexol leather cleaner first, which is like a saddle soap.
