Meh. It's an ok product, 9/30/2011

It was confusing just to get it to work. It comes with no directions or instructions on assembling the product. But i called the number on the back and managed to get some marvelous customer service and help. Only complaint left is that it only shoots out a sharp stream, and doesn't really have a gentler setting at all. Not quite worth the price, but it sure takes time out of washing my horse down. Left him very soft after the bath!
