Rated 3 out of 5 by It works ok... Seems to work OK. It does kill on contact, at least the typical stable fly anyway. I use this on my horses that aren't totally irritated by flies. For those that can't stand a single fly on them, or that get eaten alive, I have to use a more expensive flyspray. This works well, and is cheap enough, that I don't mind spraying down my friend's two horses that share the pasture with mine. June 27, 2010

I coat the horses with this stuff but they still kick, stomp, flick, and bite at these insects when turned out. I keep the stalls clean twice a day so there is no problem in the barn. April 13, 2010
