Product Summary:
Designed with a 1/2-inch PVC foam laminated between two 1/4-inch layers of synthetic felt.  This contour pad is sewn down the spine and side with top-grain leather and has an opening for the withers at the front of the pad and joined with a spine leather at the back.

Good saddle blanket, 12/21/2011

I got this blanket in July in my effort to find a blanket for my 5 year old mustang. She has a bad problem with dry spots, and so i tried this pad to see if it works. It does help, but she still has dry spots when i get off of her. It's also extremely hard to get hay off of it, especially alfalfa. if you keep your saddles and what not right next to your hay, watch out. Other than that I really like it and it works really really well for my 4 year old paint. Also easy to break in

This saddle pad is PERFECT., 6/4/2008

My saddle doesnt fit my horse perfectly, especially since he has high withers. This saddle pad really helps him be much more comfortable, whether we are walking down a trail or running around barrels, he doesnt crow hop anymore, and his head is in a more consistent position! Ive had this saddle pad for several months and it still looks and feels brand new.
