Low Quality, hurts the horse, 8/5/2012

If you are desperate for a cinch, you could get this one, but only if you plan to use it for maybe a month. Unfortunately, this well priced cinch has strings that stretch. Don't know how long I've had it, maybe a year, but have the strings are completely useless because they stretched. That leaves a very narrow band of pressure on the horses chest, possibly causing pain. The cinch has also galled one of the horses after a trail ride. A bit disappointed. String not soft at all.

Great Product, Great Price, 8/1/2012

i bought this 3 years ago for my 14h arabian to start training, and have had it since. i would NEVER buy anything else. Fits my arab, 16.1 QH and 13.2 haflinger, GREAT buy. No problems, used in snow or sun, rain or shine. from contesting to pleasure to trails and schooling. PERFECT! i could go on and on! doesn't rub, stays put. GREAT BUY!!!

this is a great cinch! i prefer string cinches, because the 'rubber' ones rub my pony and leave raw sores. i've had this for three years and have had no problems. easy to clean, stays tight, doesn't rub, fits my 14h arab pony and my 15.2 QH

I haven't had any problems with this cinch. I've had it a couple months and no signs of wear. I think it's a perfectly fine cinch at a good price.

Horrible - don't buy, 10/27/2011

I got several of these cinches a couple months ago. By now, all but one, the buckles have rusted so bad that they are stuck and cannot be used, even after WD-40. How did they rust? From horse sweat probably, because I don't keep them in the rain. They are a waste of money, don't bother, my 100 year old cinches that look nasty and are red with rust work better and at least the buckles still work.

Strings Break, 8/11/2011

This cinch isn't bad for a little while, my horses didn't mind wearing it and it doesnt slip. The strings broke one by one over a matter of months (with once a week or so riding). Not durable at all.

I really love this cinch. It doesn't slip at all. I just wish I would have gotten the right size for my paint. Oh well at least is fits my quarter horse :) get this cinch you won't be disappointed
