Artist Janet Snyder designed this pony based on her childhood desire for a pony. One Christmas morning her father handed her a present he said was from Santa.  In the box was a new halter with the name plate "Domino".  She ran to the window where in the yard there was a beautiful bay Pinto saddled up and waiting for her to ride. "Santa's Surprise" is her gift to every other girl who has had the same Christmas wish for a Pony!
