Why did you choose this?

I was looking for a nice easy curb for my Anglo Arab mare that has a smaller diameter, copper inlaid mouthpiece.

wanted to try something easy on the mouth, my little mare has a very sensitive mouth, saw this one when I was looking at the bits for sale.

Do the sides swivel independently, or is it solid?
Cindy G on Nov 13, 2014
Best Answer: They do swivel independently. I also want to add that my horse loves this bit. The copper inlay in the sweet iron is great. I have been transitioning him from a correction bit and this bit has worked very nicely. I was in a schooling western pleasure show last week with a fancier bit and halfway through changed back to this one. I've used this bit quite a bit in competitive trail shows, riding one handed.
