I won't use anything else to cinch my saddle with. I've had it forever and use it everyday and it still looks brand new. rinse it off every now and then, and it looks great. Don't let the name "Roper Cinch" fool you, it keeps my saddle in place, you don't have to be a roper to love this cinch. Really minimizes slippage on a horse with low withers.

Some horses need special cinches (or even special saddles) because they have upright shoulders and/or are haybellied so the cinch slips right behind their elbow, no matter how you tie them up. One of the horses here is like that and even though this cinch still slips behind the mare's elbows, it has never galled her! Very pleased. Have had it for years and has only a few cracks in the neoprene. The brown is a nice color too. Would recommend!

I got my first one when I was looking for something to keep my bareback pad from slipping. It worked PERFECTLY! I even rode 13 miles through the mountains with this cinch on my bareback pad and it never shifted. I bought one for my husband, and I recommend it to everyone. I'm ordering more in different sizes.

I like this cinch, even for my non-barrel horse (I think this design is recommended for barrels in particular). I don't have to cinch up hard, my horse seems very happy with it. Easy to clean, nice quality.

I got this cinch is a 36" and love it! I ride my barrel and rope horses in them and they stay put, I don't have to over cinch my horse, no dry spots, and doesn't pull hair. I love that they separate for easy cleaning, and if you maintain it they last forever! I've been using mine pretty much everyday for over a year - no cracking, the metal still moves well, no rusting, etc. Very good buy!

I got this cinch for my barrel horse and it's wonderful! The quality is great, does not rub, and has a lot of grip. No slipping or sliding and I don't feel like I'm over cinching my horse. Does not crack, and I love that the two pieces seperate for easy washing.

The cinch is designed to keep the horse as comfortable as possible. I have an older mare and this cinch provides a non-slip secure fit without having to over tighten the saddle. I have owned this one before and failed to clean it properly, resulting in deterioration in just a couple of years. Just as with any synthetic, it should be rinsed off after every few uses and I am sure it will last.

Love love LOVE this cinch! Dosent pull hair or leave dry spots after a sweat session. I bought it for my barrel horse because the roper cinches are more secure and stay put longer. My horse is much more comfortable when I cinch her up and my other horse no longer puffs her stomach when I go to saddle. Even during shedding season no hair sticks to the cinch. It seemed really stiff at first, but after one ride it molded to my mares shape. I'll never buy another brand again!

The horses love this cinch. I can even ride the thinner skinned horses in this cinch all day without having to worry about sores. EXCELLENT buy.
