Are these plastic or rubber or what are they made of?
boots on Aug 16, 2015
Best Answer: Made of a soft rubber. Easy to put on and take off. Just be careful not to pull too hard on the little rubber knobs that connect the two sides together. I pulled too hard and broke one off..Since, then I've been more careful and they work great!

Best Answer: It is closer to rubber than plastic (softer than plastic but not "gummy" like rubber).
