I bought this for my mare because she is very round backed and had no wither. It was perfect an kept the saddle from slipping. I now have another horse with a good wither but this pad fits him well too. I was not sure how I would like the top fabric but now that I have it I would order again. Easy to clean and is very durable.

My little short backed mare got big rub spots from this pad on both sides on top of her butt behind the saddle, just after one use. However, I have a big appendix gelding and it fit him great! He has big shoulders, high withers and a long back. It formed great to his withers, stayed in place, and didn't rub! For him, I love this pad! I wish they have them in shorter lengths because I love them for my gelding, they're just too long for my little mare.

These really are the best pads. My barn uses them for the lesson program, and they're really great. They are padded and comfortable for the horses, and they are easily hosed off when they get dirty. The only problem I've ever had is when I ride bareback on my high-withered horse; I put this pad under my fleece bareback pad because his back is so sensitive, and the pad slips back a lot, no matter how tight the girth is. I think that that has more to do with his withers, however, and I never have a problem with a saddle. I highly recommend it.

i got this pad for my barrel horse with very high withers. i saw a noticeible change in her preformince with this pad and she seems to be alot happier. this pad satifies me also! its a breez to clean, doesnt slip and i dont have to use an extra pad or saddle blanket underneath.

I really like this pad, it is perfect for my Paint with very high withers. It is well-made and thick, and the microsuede is a nice material. Very easy to clean and looks sharp. I have had no trouble with it slipping, it stays in place and fits perfectly. I got it in black, so didn't get an unexpected color like others did.

Great on my 14.3H trail horse. Other pads kept slipping back& sideways; this one stays in place. My horse likes it. A bit stiff when new but conforms in just 2-3 rides. Cleans easily.

When I ordered this pad, I was expecting a nice royal blue one that would match the blue seat on my show saddle. Instead, I recieved a LIGHT BLUE saddle pad, that Im not even sure if I will keep or not! Everybody has said this is a great saddle pad, and it looks like it, but please BEWARE THE COLOR!

I bought one of these used from a friend...was so impressed that I am ordering a new one in a different color. It will always be my first choice - no slippage, good protection, I LOVE the contour over the wither - no more "tenting" the pad and hoping it doesn't bind.

I use my tacky too pad under a Bob Marshall treeless saddle it works very well no slipping! I have 2 of these pads and much prefer the one with the wither relief it fits my QH the best

For the price it's a good pad. Easy to clean and looks nice. But I ordered caramel and got cappuccino. That's not even an option on here!! Still a nice pad, just be aware that you might not get a caramel pad if that's what you ordered!

I've been using these pads for 2 years. They're long lasting and the grip does not wear out. I use these on my barrel horses and they keep my saddle in the right spot with no slip and lots of grip. They form right to your horses back and it's just the right amount of "pad" between me and my horse. Plus the colors they come in a fun and personalized! For the price, I definitely recommend these pads!

This is a good all around pad. My horse is young and his withers aren't that pronounced. A few pads I had really slid back on him and were also a little too long.
This pad was perfect in length and did not slip at all. I like the padding thickness and also the contour. I will get this in another color soon.

this is a good product but i wouldnt recomend it for someone with an older horse there is not a lot of padding but overall it is a fine saddle pad

If you are having a problem keeping your saddle from slipping back on your horse, this is the solution. We have tried other pads but they didnt help. Our saddles just kept slipping backward on our horses. My husband rode with his Tacky Too Pad yesterday and said it was the best ride he has had on our horse. Both horse and rider were happy. I cant wait to try it.
