Why did you choose this? Store
Had a set from way back- worked great wanted to have a back up pair when they are being washed. They cover well and are well tolerated. Used to cover wound to keep flies off and it did the job- allowing air allowing to stay somewhat clean and for sure fly free.

My donkeys are pretty small. They aren't miniature, but I worry about the wraps being too big for their tiny little legs. Will they fit?

Best Answer: The challenge I see would be the amount of velcro that would be available to hold them in place. You could sew a seam or two vertical from top to bottom and take up the excess fabric. If you added the seam, I would sew it so that the excess mesh fabric would be on the outside, facing away from the leg, so as not to rub against the leg. I guess if the bulkiness bothered the 'look' of the wrap, you could cut it off. That might shorten the lifespan of the wrap, so I would just leave it.

I really like these leg wraps. The are very effective for fly control. I give them a shot of fly spray once they are on, for added protection. My horse lives in then unless he is being ridden. I wash mine in the washer, on gentle cycle. I attach the velcro straps to help with the tangle.
