Why did you choose this? Store
I have a rope nose side pull that will wear a sore spot on some horse's noses even after checking the fit. A flat leather will give the same performance results without the nose issue.

wanted a halter without a bit
tom r on Jun 3, 2015
Decent for the price. My trail gelding is used to a bitless set up but the rope nose a lot of them have are too harsh on his nose. He is well broke so I don't need the abrasive nose band. I would have liked a classier model but the Tory english one was...well, english.

Horse has a soft mouth and handles better with halter instead of a bit

Will this fit my Arabian, small head?
Janet H on Oct 17, 2016
Best Answer: Took this piece of equipment to the barn today just to see if I had been too optimistic about arabian fitability.
Tried it on a fine headed mare that uses a cob size english bridle and a pony size halter. Had to punch some
new holes to get a good fit, but yes it probably will work for you. Had to shorten length about 3 holes and
had to decrease nose band diameter somewhat.

does it come in black or a darker color?
A shopper on Jun 21, 2016
Best Answer: We have purchased two of these bridles at different times. The first bridle was a nice dark brown. The second bridle was lighter, but we darkened it with saddle oil.
