Product Reviews by Customers

Rated 1.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible piece of equipment This is a terrible design. First off, the nylon rope gives too easily. Second, it is constantly coming off of the track and getting stuck on the outside of the pully wheel which makes it jam. If you happened to have just pulled your horse's head around in a tight circle, then the horse is liable to panic when it never "gives" and keeps the tension in the rein. Horrible, horrible product! Rated 2 out of 5 by WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! It works as good as the more expensive ones if you can keep it together. I used it three times and it snapped. You can't see the poor qaulity in the catolog, but its a waste of money. September 21, 2010

How do you use these?
Patrice L on Feb 26, 2014
Best Answer: Connect the pulleys to the bit. Then connect the ends of the reins to the horses girth under the chest. (The place where you would connect a tie down.) I like to take them around the outside of the front leg then buckle but some people take them straight to the girth between the front legs. Then the flat nylon part goes over the head as your reins. Hope that helps!
