Why did you choose this?

These boots are great and flexible. I use them almost every day. However, the zipper can be hard to pull up and can get caught in the fabric. I had to return the first pair because the zipper broke. They were replaced promptly.

I have been looking for boots that are very tall. These say they are 19" so that should be plenty tall!

I'm in need of some zip-up all purpose English riding boots...these seem to fit the bill!

I wear 9 1/2 normally should I get a 9 or a 10?
Jenny on Mar 20, 2014
Best Answer: I ordered a 10 because I have a lot of foot issues. I have worn them for about a month, 4 to 5 times a week, and feel that they have stretched out some. So if you comfortably wear a 9-1/2 I would order a true size because I do think they will stretch some after continued wear. Also, they were snug at first so I used a long shoe horn to get them on now I don't have to. Be very gentle with the snaps over the zipper because they don't seem like they will survive a hard tug on them. I bought them to decide if I want tall boots without the huge expense. They are decent for the type of riding I do.

is it the full boot of just the top part?
stacy on Sep 10, 2014
Best Answer: My boots are black. The "shoe part" is synthetic leather, the uppers are synthetic swede that is grippy and helps keep you leg in place. I really like the boots; strong zipper, comfortable fit & a reasonable price.

Not for the show ring, but a great every day boot. I have had complements on them @ the dressage barn where I ride. One boot wore a little right away on the left inside where I have contact with my leg, but that's it. Also, they clean up easy. I ride 3 or 4 times a week.

I'm in love with the boot/chap combo idea, but would these be ideal for the long hours of endurance riding?
A shopper on Oct 25, 2014
Best Answer: Being an all synthetic boot, doesn't allow the boot to breath, equals hot feet. For endurance riding I really suggest looking into the Ariat's Endurance Collection and Mountain Horse that have low cut boot/shoe that you can pair with a half chap. Being able to adjust these two peices separtly verses the all in one boot that your looking at.

So spend Alittle extra now, on a boot/chap combo verses this cheap synethic option which will leave you with aching, wet feet after a long ride.
Also, these boots won't last one season of serious riding the soul is hard plastic and the chap part eventually drop to an unattractive bulge at your ankle.
If your just looking for a cute fashion boot, than these fit the bill for street wear!

Hope this helps with your decision, keep riding & be safe!!

is the bottom leather?
A shopper on Dec 28, 2014
Best Answer: HI
i have these boots and I love them-I don't have to fight with 1/2 chaps and they are warm. The sole is rubber-with some tread in the foot part. Hence they don't slide like leather soled boots.
I hope this helps.
