Is this pad put directly on a horse?
A shopper on Jan 20, 2016
Best Answer: Yes! Under the saddle pad. I keep it inside in the winter because it feels pretty cold till he warms it up.

how thick is this pad?
A shopper on Sep 25, 2015
Best Answer: Very thin. Less than 1/8 inch I would say. Works great! I put one under the saddle pad and another between the saddle and pad. Absolutely no slipping.

What is this ingredient to this material? I have a horse that may have an allergy to certain ingredients.
Kate L on Mar 26, 2015
Best Answer: I'm sorry, the manufacturer does not provide what materials this pad is made of. However, the pad sits between the saddle and the saddle pad, so it won't actually be touching the horse.
