Not My 1st Choice, 10/31/2011

First of all, this is NOT a snaffle. Snaffles don't have shanks. The description is decieving, but the actual product isn't that bad. I definitely wouldn't reccomend this bit to someone with a really sensitive horse, because it has a big 'nutcracker' effect, but for a horse who needs a good WHOAH sometimes, this is a great bit. This bit does work well for some horses, but not for others. I don't usually use it, but for a few horses I have and it's worked good. The quality is great, I've had it for a year now, hasn't rusted, easy to clean, good product!
