Not worth the money, 8/12/2012

Serenity from Fence, WI

This rasp is so dull it wouldn't even scrape the skin away on my knuckles let alone rasp a hoof. Spend the extra money and get a good quality rasp.

Good For The Money, 5/25/2011

User from Anywhere, USA

I have used this rasp for a few years. You do have to replace them frequently after every 3-4 trims for me. So in the long run you may spend more money. I have not had a problem with the files or prongs bending over or breaking. Just dull out quickly.

Very Poor Quality, 1/17/2011

lbarbash from Manchester, CT

I thought this would be sufficient for occasional touchups for my barefoot mare. It's terrible! The very first time I used it, the teeth on the rasp bent and broke. It is so dull I could barely pull it across her hoof. My mare was frustrated with all the yanking and tugging, unlike the rasp I used to borrow from a friend. Don't waste your money, buy a nicer rasp!
