Ok quality but very stiff, 12/24/2012

I have had this bridle for a few months and have been waiting for it to soften. It was mailed to me completely flat in a flat rate box, and I have had the hardest time to get the straps to bend back so the buckles aren't rubbing on my horse's face. Also had to punch a few extra holes in the noseband and throat latch. I like the equileather aspect but they need to find a better way to store and ship these things. It's basically a ruined bridle.
