I owned one of these halters years ago for my mare so when her 1st born broke his turnout halter I bought another. I was really surprised. The halter continues to look great but the stitching is not consistent and the hardware was cheap. i asked to return but State Line gave me grief and when they were done explaining the process, I kept it. And it broke the first week of use. Wish I had returned it when I could, instead I threw it out.

It looks 10x better than you think it would be. The leather is already very soft. It only needs some cleaning and light oiling to get rid of the squeak. I love that the noseband is adjustable too!!!

I bought this halter for my American Saddlebred a week ago and it just got here. The craftmanship is amazing! The halter is amazing and for theprice the leather is not irrating at all! I LOVE this halter!

Ive had this one on my TB almost 247 for three years now, just now showing small signs of wear, so I have to reorder. It doesnt rub his nose and when he plays in pasture its held up.
