It is okay, but I wish it had pads on the breeching and breast collar. I also wish it had a false-martingale to keep it from riding up on the neck. Other then that it is a pretty good starter/leisure/practice harness. I like the fact that if it gets caught in a random rain shower it isn't a mad dash to cover like it would be in a leather harness. I use it for practice but I wouldn't show in it.

Harness, 3/10/2011

When I got this I had to take some peices apart that were not put together correctly. The bit was on backwards, the breeching was on backwards. The traces have these little dinky holes that didn't fit over the cart hook up at all. One trace was actually missing the slots. Had to take a hot nail and make the holes so they would fit onto my cart and make the holes on the side they were missing on. Now I just hope they hold together for a while! The browband had a snag that was fraying already. The wire that holds the blinders was protruding through on one side (dangerous to a horse's eye). Guess I will just bend it back to ensure no danger to my horse. This was ALL BEFORE any use! Fresh out of the bag!! Would be nice if it came with a breast pad and a back pad. bought it off horse.com fits my QH perfect in horse size, blinders fell off (1 did the other one i removed) though, but its windy here
