Rated 4 out of 5 by ok product i bought these for my old QH who is having navicular problems. this boot does help with supporting the flexor tendon and he does walk better with them on. u have to have a patient horse with these boots b/c they are testy to get on and do tend to run a little large. he's 15 1 and i got the medium but still slightly long from knee to fetlock. otherwise i say worth the money July 21, 2012

Are these better than the regular vented tough -1 sport boots? I have a barely 15hh pinto. Would these fit and last?what size do you recommend?
Sarah g. f on Oct 19, 2013
Best Answer: These are great and very durable! (I do not know about the vented ones, though.) I used these size Med. on my 14.3 hh Morgan for support after recovery from a bowed tendon. They get a little stretched out around the fetlock and near the pastern. However, this only occurs after a long period of use. I wish they sold them in singles, because I only needed one for the right leg. Highly recommend!

Are these a combo splint boot-bell boot? Please confirm they are for the front legs. Thank you.
Rhonda D on May 11, 2015
Best Answer: These do not include a bell-boot portion. I used them on my horse's front legs.
