Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleased with my purchase Extremely pleased with this product. It looks great on my gelding and I love the color (Royal blue w/black straps). It feels like a high quality sheet, I don't know how to explain it, it just feels more durable than other coolers I've had. Also, I'm thrilled that I managed to snatch it up at $29.74! I should mention that you should actually go with the number-size, not the name-size. My gelding tends to fit the "medium" size in pretty much everything else but he ended up fitting in the 'large" size range for this cooler. April 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick Cooler! I love this blanket! It cools horses off quickly, I love the color choices, and it's an all-around great blanket! The only thing I'm not a fan of is the head attachment - I don't know if it's just my horses, but they don't like having the strap in front of their ears, and it ends up behind, but not a big deal - blanket still stays in place! Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Customer Service When I first received this cooler it was defective, it came with no straps for the neck. I emailed state line right away, and they apologized for the condition of it, and sent me a UPS label so I could send it back, they paid for shipping and all that. A day after I sent the cooler back to them, I received my new cooler. It was the very next day! I thought it would take at least a week or something. But great customer service, if you have a problem they get back to you asap. And they are really nice about it, and very fast! I can't wait to use the cooler now that it has the neck straps, because it works GREAT. Better than any other cooler I have tried on my horse. Within 10 minutes he was sweat free. And it's nice because then he can go back outside after a ride, and not wait 3 hours for him to dry off. Overall I would recommend this cooler, it's a cheap price, and very nice quality! Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE IT! i first noticed that the cooler was VERY SOFT! My horse gets really sweaty so once i get off of him i put it on him. And it works really well. I wanted the velcro straps to be white, but they came in black. And my cooler doesn't have the strap that goes around the horse's ears. I haven't found any strap that connects to the halter either. I don't leave it on my horse when i put him in his stall for the night either, and i would like it, if the back strap would clip on with nylon straps with hooks. Not just a rope. But other than that I really enjoy the product! And personally recomend it! January 16, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cooler This is SOFT. The colors shown are true to color. I did not however like the fact that my velcrow and outlining stiching was black. Part of the reason I orderd this was because i liked the white. Also, the head strap on mine is COMPLETLEY different. It doese not have one, all it has is a velcrow piece that straps to the top of my halter. I dont leave my halter on my horses so that kind of sucks. Its a little over priced but overall, B+ ! Rated 4 out of 5 by Cooler. The feel of it is SOFT. I did not like the fact that my velcrow peices came in black. I was expecting them to be white, that is the one reason that I bought the cooler, so if your wanting white, they come in black. It is a little over priced, but other then that my horses enjoy it ! Rated 5 out of 5 by Fleece Cooler When I first opened them I noticed how soft they were, nice! Then I applied them to my subjects,(lol) and you could see the calming effect they had on them immediately they were soothing. One of the mares laid down over night and got shavings on it and with a stiff body brush the shavings came right off.Very pleased;) December 7, 2011

To help with drying a horse and help keep them warm.
Theresa J on Aug 2, 2015
Needed something to wick sweat off my horse after winter rides. I was only able to ride later in the day, and living in Minnesota, with the frigid temps.. you don't want a wet horse standing outside, especially at night when it can get down to -30 or even colder! This was a great purchase, and is very effective. I can even use it after a bath in the spring so she doesn't catch a chill.

I need to order 2 mediums & 1 large, how do I do that?
Kathy P on Dec 11, 2014
Best Answer: You can add the two mediums to your cart together, or one by one if they are different colors.
Then go back to the item page and add the large to your cart.

Do you prefer it over other styles? Why or why not? Does it cover the tail end well too?
Penny F on Nov 3, 2013
Best Answer: Fleece is good fit all over for my 15'3 horse - usual size rug is English 6'3" or 6'6". I have a Wrangler 74" that fits her. She is a very cold horse so I love the neck cover style. I think it is an excellent style when weather is colder. I use fleeces more for drying off after rain than after sweating - I live in Ireland!

How do the sizes compare with regular blanket sizes? Inotherwords, what would size 81 be in this cooler? Medium or Large? For a very bulky quarter horse.
SiskiyouMtnRidr on Feb 16, 2015
Best Answer: I have 2 of these. One I use on my bulky little 15.2 warmblood and the other I use on my 16.1 H TB Paint. I think it is an accurate measurement. There is no surcingle on on the belly but there is a tail rope. It stays in place well however and does its job. It cools well and is lighter weight than my bulky wool coolers. I like it. It's light weight which makes it easy to throw over them and I can use it in warmer weather too.

What size is a medium?
A shopper on Oct 5, 2015
Best Answer: Medium might fit a pony sized equine. Perhaps a Welsh?

I purchased a large for my 16.2 Thoroughbred and it was too small. I sold it to a friend who has a small Arab/Quarter Cross who is just over 14 hands. It fits him very well. I purchased an XL which is perfect for my horse.
