Safety, and quality

It replaces one that protected me in a fall. The previous one cracked the outer lining in the fall. I like the detailing of the stitching and it fit well. I also like the "buckle" on the chin strap- some sort of magnetic affair.

The smaller spacial size vs Tiperrary; the color and the leather styling; the construction and adjustibility.

I am trying to decide what size to order. My head measures 22 inches. My western hats are a 63/4 and 67/8. What size should I order?
Elayne C on Aug 27, 2015
Best Answer: 22 inches head circumference is a hat size 7 for helmets. 7 is at the top end of the small size and the low end of the medium size. Honestly, I always hesitate to recommend going smaller. If a helmet is slightly too large, it can be adjusted with Troxel's flip-fold system. If the helmet is too small, there's nothing to be done. Unfortunately it's not possible to guarantee fit in advance. You may wish to consider purchasing both sizes & planning to return what doesn't fit? If so, please keep in mind the responsibility of return shipping costs.

How many oz. is this helmet? Please post the weight in the description.
A shopper on Jul 31, 2015
Best Answer: The manufacturer would have to answer this, but it is very lightweight. I've been very pleased with this helmet.

Is this helmet available in extra large?
john c on Oct 15, 2015
Best Answer: Unfortunately not. The Large, however, does go up to hat size 7 3/8 (up to 23 1/8" head circumference), which is among the largest helmets available. Perhaps that will work for you?
